Jax is a sweet, seven-year-old blue-eyed beauty, who is, unfortunately, suffering from two torn ACLs. These torn ACLs are causing Jax mobility issues and pain, and he is in need of bilateral TPLO surgeries. These surgeries will fix the ACL tears in both of his legs and help to alleviate his current pain, allowing him to be his carefree and playful self!
