Sweet Lucky needs your help to be back on all four paws again.
Lucky has severe luxating patellas on both hind legs, a common condition in small breed dogs where their kneecaps move out of their normal location. Most times dogs can live with this condition and be okay, but unfortunately Lucky cannot.
Lucky is not phased by his condition, and has taught himself to walk on just his two front legs! Although he is a happy dog he does desperately need surgery. Please help him!
