4/15 update: GOAL REACHED!

Sweet Nectar came to us from Betty’s Adoptable Sanctuary Dogs in Iola, TX with a suspected tear of her cranial cruciate ligament on her right leg. This injury causes Nectar to be unable to bear weight on her right leg, though it certainly hasn’t affected her playgroup time.

Though we are unsure about how Nectar was injured, our vets are scheduling a TPLO surgery to stabilize the tibia, allowing Nectar to once again bear weight on all four legs.

At five years old, Nectar is kind, affectionate, and polite. She loves walks in nature with her human and actually prefers her human friends to toys! Can you chip-in to give pets like Nectar the surgery they need to enjoy hikes without pain?
