Phillip is a survivor! He battled distemper and won, and now the only indication that he was once ill is that he sometimes has tremors along his front shoulders. While these tremors are getting better with time and Phillip is learning how to compensate for them, our veterinary team and Phillip’s amazing foster mom would like to get him some physical therapy to make things even better for him.
