Update 12/11: Tanner got adopted!
APA! pulled Tanner from TLAC when he was scheduled to be euthanized because of a broken pelvis. Unfortunately, we don’ t know the story of this little guy before he showed up at TLAC. He’s doing great in foster care and will be getting surgery soon to fix his pelvis.
We would love to be able to send Tanner home to his new permanent home to recover after surgery. If you’re interested in adopting him, please send an email to [email protected]
Here’s what his foster mom says about him:
Tanner is quite the puppy. He’s friendly, smart, and independent. He loves to hang out outdoors, give kisses and to receive belly rubs. He learned how to use the doggie door by watching the other dogs. We’ll say he’s partially potty trained and should be easy to completely train.
Tanner loves to play and gets along well with other dogs of all sizes, as well as children. He’s been very tolerant with being picked up incessantly by my four year old twin nieces. In short, Tanner will make a great addition to some lucky family!
