Silly, attention-seeking, sweetheart

Say hello to Comics Code Authority! This stripe-tailed sweetie is in charge of cuteness... and soon, she will also be in charge of your home.

Authority has an insatiable craving for affection. This darling will rub her face on your legs and hands (and thereby claim you as her own), and she will lightly nibble on your finger if you let her. When you're seated comfortably on your sofa or cozied up in your office chair, Authority will trot up and hop right into your lap, where she will curl up for a cuddle. And if she deems that she isn't receiving enough pets, she will grab your hand with her two front paws and direct it to her face!

When she's not seeking snuggles, Authority is on the hunt for the most sought-after treasure of the feline race: ping-pong balls and feather wand toys. When her adrenaline levels are maxed out, she will perform top-notch dives and rolls to acquire her target, as pictured above!

Authority has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Authority can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
