Energetic, Curious, Love-Seeking Purr Machine!

What's Artarama Jerry like, you ask? Let us paint you a picture. Think cuddly, playful, loving and curious, with a hint of mischief, all wrapped up in a silky soft and beautiful sable coat!

Jerry is an affectionate kitty who loves to be petted at every opportunity. He will follow you around, because he simply must see what you're doing, but also because he'd be oh-so happy to get some loving! He likes to roll over for side pets and belly rubs and warms up quickly to company, readily accepting pets from them and wooing them with his intoxicating sweetness and his studly good looks!

Jerry likes to stay active and loves batting his rubber bouncy ball around, chasing his flying feather toy, or trying to catch the laser pointer's red dot.

Jerry's a silly little guy, and will keep you chuckling. He knows how to open cabinets and drawers and will peek his head out to surprise you. He will come up to you, headbutt your legs, and fall over at your feet when he wants attention. Take a peek at Jerry when he's sleeping - the positions he gets himself into are just not normal! There is no way to not notice this cat. He's too funny.

When it comes to being tidy, you are unlikely to find more of a neatnik than Jerry! Every time he eats he gathers any food bits that went on the floor and pushes them into a little pile next to his bowl. He does the same thing with any litter he kicks out of the box. He may even meow at you to enlist your help in getting the floor clean.

Jerry is being fostered with another cat, and they get along brilliantly! In his past he's lived with other cats as well as dogs and got along well with them. Just ask him and he's likely to tell you all about it...he does enjoy a good chat!

His ideal home would be with another cat or a person who is willing to play with him a lot and give him lots of attention. He'd probably like a place where he has company for most of the day.

Spend a little time with Jerry and he's sure to draw you in and color your world. You will quickly discover that he is a snuggly, inquisitive, funny and alluring masterpiece! Contact us to arrange a meet up with this picture perfect sweetie!

Artarama Jerry has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Artarama Jerry can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
