Puffy Ami Yumi is ready to rock your world! Puffy Ami Yumi can be a bit reserved at first, like any legendary pop rock star. Once she gets to know you, she will let her guard down and be extremely friendly. So friendly that Puffy Ami Yumi will come up to you and rub her face on yours! She also enjoys getting petted on her head and is one of the best biscuit makers. Need to get some work done at home? No worries, Puffy Ami Yumi has you covered. While she will want to be in the same room with you, Puffy Ami Yumi likes having her own space, so you will have plenty of room to get your work done, free of feline distractions!

Puffy Ami Yumi has the energy level of a pop rock star! She enjoys racing after string toys as they glide across the floor and pretending to be a predator in the wild as she stalks and pounces on small stuffed toys. Puffy Ami Yumi also likes sparkly balls that shimmer as they roll across the floor and she loves her scratching post. If Puffy Ami Yumi wants to play or is lonely, she will let out some high-pitched meows to let you know! You might also witness Puffy Ami Yumi getting a case of the zoomies as she dashes around the house!

Puffy Ami Yumi's ideal home would have lots of room to play with a person who likes to get involved during playtime. We think that Puffy Ami Yumi has the potential to do well with another feline friend in her forever home, especially if they are a kitten or female cat.

Puffy Ami Yumi has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Puffy Ami Yumi can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
