George is a handsome all-white American Pit Bull mix whose eyes sparkle as if he were savoring some delicious personal joke.  When meeting your gaze head-on, his mouth will seem to curl up in a small doggy grin.  George is an amazing dog and he is very unique:  George is deaf.

Since George cannot hear and, therefore, cannot respond to voice commands, Austin Pets Alive! would like to send him to deaf dog training so he can learn the necessary hand signals for commands.  Please consider making a donation for George's class.  Thank you!
