We have adopted 6 cats from our Feline Leukemia Kitty Room since we have moved to TLAC in June! This is absolutely huge!!
Two of the kitties, Axel and Matthew, were adopted last month TOGETHER! Feline Leukemia is highly contagious so it is great that they can continue to keep each other company since they can't be around Leukemia negative cats.
But wait, its gets better! Axel was one of our long stay cats and had been with us since October of last year!
Last week, Merle also went to his forever home! His new mom reports that he is a cuddler and likes to spoon.
The Feline Leukemia Volunteers deserve a huge round of applause. They are able to keep all the cats in the facility happy and healthy!
