Helena: Miracle Kitty needs second (or third) chance at life!
Helena has had a rough time the last few months—she ended up at Town Lake Animal Center with the two other cats she lived with after her owner passed away. Then she was put on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, she also ended up at Austin Pets Alive!
Shortly after her arrival, Helena got very sick. She had a seizure that left her unable to stand up or walk straight. She stopped eating and we almost lost her twice. Because APA doesn’t give up easily, we stuck with Helena in hopes that she would turn around—and she did. Every day Helena gets stronger, and she is even able to walk again, although she is a little wobbly if she moves too fast.

Helena needs some blood work to help us understand what happened and determine if she is on her way to recovery. Can you help her out and give her one more chance?
